Primary Name

Choosing a primary name is optional. If set, it will show up when someone looks up your blockchain address.

You can only have one primary name per address, and it's not automatically assigned.

A primary name gives your identity a personal touch in dApps that recognize it, displaying your chosen name instead of a string of numbers and letters.

• To choose your primary name, go to the My Names (opens in a new tab) page and pick the name you like.
• Make sure the address record is linked to your wallet.
• Click on "Set as Primary name" to make it your primary name.
